 Will Bullitt County impose a regulation controlling smoking in any public business?

The Bullitt County Board of Health will vote on the issue of a smoking ban at its next meeting on March 22.

But the issue of a smoking ban will not be one based on health and safety. Instead, it will be an argument over rights.
