MOUNT WASHINGTON - Something stinks in the land of milk and honey and it’s not spoiled dairy.
For the past several months Mount Washington residents have noticed the smell of sewage from the force mains that carry waste to the city’s water treatment plant on Redbud Drive off Highway 44 East.
Mount Washington utilities superintendent Ronnie Fick said the weather is primarily to blame for the stench that has permeated the city since last summer.
