SHEPHERDSVILLE – Two new warehouse buildings are slated for construction in Bullitt County in the near future.
The Bullitt County Board of Adjustment approved variances which would allow two structures to be built in Shepherdsville.
Attorney Ray Bannon, representing developers in Settlers Point and in Cedar Grove Business Park, said that the buildings were speculative in nature and no tenants had been secured.
One warehouse building would be built next to Lowe’s on Conestoga Parkway.
