SHEPHERDSVILLE - The new sentencing phase for Michael St. Clair will be held in Bullitt Circuit Court starting in mid-October.
It would come nearly 20 after the murder of Francis Brady, a Bardstown resident.
The jury will not determine guilt or innocence for St. Clair, who was convicted in 1998 of the murder. The jury will decide for a third time the proper sentence to recommend for the man who remains in the state corrections system.
