SHEPHERDSVILLE - A teacher, as well as four administrators, have been named in a lawsuit filed by a 16-year-old student at Bullitt Central High School.
The lawsuit filed against teacher Timothy Lands, principal Christy Coulter and assistant principals Andrew Pohlman, Willie Foster and Angela Moore, asks for unspecified damages.
The civil lawsuit in Bullitt Circuit Court stems from an investigation leading to the suspension of Lands, a social studies teacher at the school.
