SHEPHERDSVILLE - An effort to allow Sunday sales of alcohol as small farm wineries and at distilleries may have hit a snag.
Bullitt Fiscal Court listened to the first reading of an ordinance that county attorney Monica Robinson feels may have a problem.
Since the matter of allowing wineries and distilleries to serve and to sell alcohol on Sundays was presented in March, several questions have arisen, according to Robinson.
