Realizing that a fifth-class municipality did not have the right to allow Sunday liquor sales by the drink, a local restaurant is hoping that another agency might be able to lend assistance.
Richard Clark Sr., owner of Little Rick’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill in Lebanon Junction, requested Bullitt Fiscal Court consider passing an ordinance to allow Sunday sales of beer and wine.
