SHEPHERDSVILLE -- When then-sheriff Paul Parsley fired deputy David Greenwell in September 2005, he felt he had that right.
Now, nearly four years later, Parsley said the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court proves that he was correct.
The court declined to hear the case filed by David Greenwell that his civil rights were violated when he was terminated by Parsley.
Although Greenwell still has an opportunity to ask for reconsideration, it appears the lawsuit could be over.
