SHEPHERDSVILLE - The littlest trick-or-treaters of them all gathered together for their first halloween party.

The Riverview Opportunities Center Teenage Parenting Program (TAPP) hosted its 12th annual party for students and families.

This year's group featured eight current TAPP babies in costume.

Other TAPP students that are still expecting assisted with serving punch and treats.

TAPP allows expecting and new parents an opportunity to complete high school educational requirements while learning proper parental skills necessary for both the parent's and child's future.

The Wee Care Child Development Center at Riverview assists TAPP students by watching children during the day as parents complete coursework.
