LOUISVILLE – The deadline is quickly approaching and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is looking for input from Bullitt Countians.

The state is currently seeking input on its 20-year plan as part of the Kentucky Long-Range Transportation Plan.

In determining the needs for all areas of Kentucky over the next two decades, the updated plan will consider changes in communities, freight movement, financial resources, economic development, rural and urban transportation, the environment and other issues affecting you.

Paper and electronic surveys will be accepted through Monday, Feb. 25.

Paper copies have been delivered to all the local libraries. The electronic version is available at www.transportation.ky.gov and click on Your Turn survey link.

For more information, call 564-3419.

As of last week, only 110 Bullitt Countians had responded to the survey.
