On behalf of myself and my family we would like to say thank you to the city of Shepherdsville’s Mayor Scott Ellis and a special thank you to council woman Faith Portman for approval to build the gazebo on 1st Street Park. We also would like to thank Claude Middleton with city works, Jonathan at Quality Stone and Ready Mix for the concrete, Don at DG Industries for all the steel parts needed and Eddie at Grandmas RV Park for the shrubs around the gazebo.

All other materials were provided by family and friends, no city of Shepherdsville money was used in this restoration.

Thank you Blake Myers for all your work and time. We would like to recognize a young man who may have had better things to be doing than working on the recondition and restoring the gazebo to be used for the people here in Bullitt County to enjoy and have memories like we did for so many years and years to come.

Thank you Brian Holder, Duane Price, Steve and Roland Simpson for all your time and help. We could not do this without everyone’s help.
