SHEPHERDSVILLE — The third time might be a charm for Jeffrey and Louie Sherrard.
Or, at least, they might be in a position to get a recommendation on a rezoning request that has become controversial for the second time in the past decade.
The Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission opted to table the rezoning request for a tract of land off Highway 44 West near Buckman Street.
The Sherrards are hoping to rezone from R-3 Residential to B-2 Central Business.
