MOUNT WASHINGTON -- Allegations against a Bullitt East student for making threats to kill a 6-year-old boy and shoot up a school will now go to the Bullitt County Grand Jury.
Nicholas Cornell Bain,18, was taken into custody by Mount Washington Police after officers received a report that he was threatening to harm a 6-year-old with a firearm at Old Mill Elementary in Mount Washington.
Special judge Tom Lively ruled Monday that there was enough evidence presented against Bain to send the case to the grand jury for possible indictment.
