SHEPHERDSVILLE - Three men who were originally charged last October have been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury.
Richard Constant III, Jacob Waters and Benjamin Hursh have each been indicted on two counts of complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $10,000.
The charges relate to items allegedly taken from Best Buy in the Cedar Grove Business Park.
The Class C felonies are punishable by 5-10 years in prison.
The Shepherdsville police department investigated the case dating back to last September.
