SHEPHERDSVILLE - A young mother and her boyfriend have been indicted for injuries sustained by the girl’s two-year-old son.
The Bullitt Circuit Grand Jury indicted Courtney McConnell and Phillip Wolfe for injuries detected to a young toddler while under their care in early November by Kosair Children’s Hospital.
McConnell, 25, and Wolfe, 27, were both indicted for a single count of criminal abuse. Wolfe also faces a felony charge of assault.
The most serious of the crimes is a Class C felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison.
