SHEPHERDSVILLE - Two individuals involved with the events following the shooting death of Timothy Nevitt in January 2007 now know their fate.
Paul Cipparone and Kimberly Ann Moore were in Bullitt Circuit Court over the past week.
Cipparone, 48, of Bardstown, was sentenced to four years in prison and Moore entered a plea where she would serve the next five years on probation.
Both were charged with complicity to tampering with physical evidence.
