SHEPHERDSVILLE – The Wal-Mart planned for Shepherdsville is still on the plans. It just appears the retail giant won’t open the doors until next spring.
Shepherdsville mayor Scott Ellis said that due to the number of permits which must be received and the close timing to get the retailer open by the holidays, it appears early next spring is the new target date for opening.
At the June meetings of the Bullitt County Board of Adjustment and the Bullitt County Planning Commission, needed approvals were secured.
