Recently, 11-year-old Allena Walls had a project she needed to do for school.
She learned about CASA through her mother, Kristie Walls, and also had a friend in school who was abused and wanted to do something to help kids in these situations.
She made a flyer and placed a box requesting items to help children and their families at her church.
She also received some help from her grandmother, Sharon Key, and co-workers at The Peoples Bank of Bullitt County.
When presenting this large box of hygiene items to CASA, Allena sad she is so blessed and wanted to help other kids. She is such a pleasure and so wife beyond her years.
