LEBANON JUNCTION - While the numbers may not look like it, the city of Lebanon Junction is surviving the rough economic times quite well.
And, things should look better in the future.
Auditor Cheryl Beauchamp presented her annual audit for the Lebanon Junction City Council and said things were all in proper order.
While the surplus at the end of the fiscal year in June was less than a year ago, Beauchamp said that was due to transfers into the water and sewer department and a loss of a state grant.
