Witnesses say attituded changed after election

SHEPHERDSVILLE - As early as last spring, there were changes among the ranks of city government employees.

When the new administration took office in January 2007, the tension began to increase.

That was the testimony from several witnesses during the appeals hearing on behalf of fired Shepherdsville police chief Ronald Morris.

After three weeks of testimony on behalf of Mayor Sherman Tinnell and his basis for the July 27 firing, Morris' side began to present its witnesses on Thursday.
