 The 42nd annual Irene Carroll Scholarship Luncheon and Style Show will be held on Saturday, March 23, at Paroquet Springs Conference Centre.

 LOUISVILLE - The Home, Garden & Remodeling Show, presented by Window World and sponsored by LG&E will feature many new and exciting features, in addition to the 350 home and lifestyle vendors at the Kentucky Expo Center March 1-3.

 CLERMONT - The Boy Scouts of America Lincoln Heritage Council hosted a Klondike Derby Feb. 8-10 at Camp Crooked Creek.

The unique event featured unique challenges for over 300 area Boy and Girl Scouts, completing a Klondike-style.

Scout patrol teams worked together to travel a course through woods and hills, completing survival skills tasks at various checkpoints.

The event is a fun competition designed to allow Scouts opportunities to apply learned survival skills.

 MOUNT WASHINGTON - When the Eastside Middle School Dance Team kicked off its 2012-2013 season last year no one could have expected the Eaglettes to win a championship title.
