Redistricting will not just go away

When is a public hearing not a public hearing?

When the decision was made prior to listening to the public.

However, it all works out pretty well when the decision reached is what the public wanted to begin with.

OK, do I know that the Bullitt County Public School Board was against the proposal to redistrict due to overcrowding issues?

Do I have a pretty good feeling that the consensus prior to the public hearing was to not take any action?
