SHEPHERDSVILLE - Remember last summer when a concern was raised by magistrates that there might be some serious issues with the county’s handling of money?
Well, that concern is no longer an issue.
Bullitt Fiscal Court voted unanimously to rescind a motion that called for a “forensic” audit of the county’s financial records.
The court voted last year to conduct the audit but no official action was ever reported.
Mike Higgins appeared before the court on two occasions asking what had happened and why.
