SHEPHERDSVILLE -- The city of Shepherdsville is an oddity. At least, when it comes to its elections.
Of the eight municipalities in Bullitt County, Shepherdsville is the only one with a partisan election in the primary.
Councilmember Bernie Brown isn’t sure that it might not be the time to change that.
During a recent council meeting, Brown asked his fellow town board members to think about the possibility of going to a non-partisan election.
He was also looking for input from the community.
