LEBANON JUNCTION -- At times, there was more water purchased than was sold.
But, thanks to a new meter, the losses which ranged from 10-15 percent per month may be a thing of the past.
Public works director Chaz Sullivan said that a new meter was installed at the truck stop and that seemed to completely solve the shortage issue.
The water loss dropped to 1 percent, well under the goal of 10 percent.
He said it took time to find the meter, which was leaking water.
