SHEPHERDSVILLE -- A man who sued the city of Mount Washington is now in trouble with the law.
Brenton Wombles has been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury on a charge of theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
The charge is a Class C felony, which is punishable by 5-10 years in prison.
According to the indictment, Wombles allegedly did not pay for property or services valued at over $10,000.
The period of the alleged actions was from May 15, 2015, through Oct. 26, 2015.
