 SHEPHERDSVILLE - A local church soon hopes to offer a ray of educational hope to the area’s children.

 Bullitt Central FFA officers were faced with a challenge where they had to work as a team to overcome obstacles on a ropes course. 

 This scene was repeated throughout Bullitt County over the past week as students attended open houses in preparation for Wednesday’s first day of classes.

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - Student attendance interventions are working at the school, district, community and family level.  District attendance as reported on the Superintendent’s Annual Attendance Report (SAAR) for Bullitt County Public Schools for the 2011-2012 school year was 95 percent.
