SHEPHERDSVILLE - A crossover accident led to two fatalities on Interstate 65 Wednesday morning.
According to Kentucky State Police Trooper Eric Hines, a maroon 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling southbound on I-65 around mile 120 when it crossed into northbound traffic.
The Hyundai collided with a red 2000 Oldsmobile Alero traveling in the left northbound lane. The incident occurred about 9:45 a.m.
The driver of the Alero, Ronald Gregory, 47, of Shepherdsville, and a passenger, Mildred Gregory, 74, of Shepherdsville, were pronounced dead at the scene.
