BROOKS — A northern Bullitt County man has been indicted on the charge of attempted murder.
John A. Burbank, 40, who entered a not guilty plea, has been indicted for attempted murder, first degree burglary and three counts of wanton endangerment.
He remains in the Bullitt County Detention Center on a $1 million bond.
According to the indictment, Burbank allegedly shot Timothy Gibson, a neighbor off Brooks Schoolhouse Road, on Feb. 19.
Burbank allegedly went into Gibson’s home and then began shooting the victim.
