Workers face fatal consequences daily repairing roads

LEBANON JUNCTION - As the weather warms up, Bullitt County drivers are encouraged to use caution along Interstate 65.

State road crews are now working on roadway repairs in Bullitt County, beginning at the county line near Lebanon Junction and working their way up to the Metro Louisville city limits.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) officials took the opportunity to promote both National Work Zone Awareness Week and National Distracted Driving Awareness Month to stress both worker and driver safety.
