SHEPHERDSVILLE -- A woman has been found guilty of actions she took last October which left a police officer injured.
Taira Leigh Litsey, 32, was found guilty by Bullitt Circuit Judge Rodney Burress of assault, wanton endangerment, fleeing police and operating on a suspended license.
She was also found to be a persistent felony offender in the second degree.
Final sentencing will be held on May 31 at 1 p.m.
The trial was the first in which no jury was involved. Burress was the sole decider in a criminal felony trial.
