     Bullitt East crowned seniors Carly Coulter and Taylor McMillen as the 2011 Homecoming Queen and King on Friday.

    Coulter is the daughter of Christy and Wayne Coulter while McMillen is the son of Donna Segvich and Joe McMillen.

     BARDSTOWN - Rallying from an early deficit with five goals over the last 50 minutes of play, the Bullitt East Lady Chargers advanced on Monday to the semi-finals of the Girls’ Ninth District Soccer Tournament with a 5-1 victory over North Bullitt.

                MOUNT WASHINGTON - With only ten days remaining in the regular season for girls' soccer, the Bullitt East Lady Chargers had a 7-9 record. That mark included a seven-game winning streak and an eight-game losing streak.

     HEBRON ESTATES - After celebrating Senior Night before the game, the North Bullitt Lady Eagles rolled to a 6-0 victory on Saturday over arch-rival Bullitt Central.

                MOUNT WASHINGTON - Bullitt Central volleyball coach Jennifer Romine can smile.

                A week after getting blindsided by North Bullitt 25-10 and 25-9, the Lady Cougars put the pieces back together with two wins in as many days late last week including a 25-18, 25-21 road victory over Bullitt East on Thursday.
