HEBRON ESTATES – The North Bullitt Eagles were leading by seven points with seven minutes to play on Tuesday against a very good West Jessamine team, but the Eagles couldn’t seal the deal, falling 52-47.
West Jessamine came into the game averaging over 80 points a contest in building a 9-1 record. Just the week earlier, the Colts had twice scored 90 points and then beat Bullitt Central 74-38 in the championship game of the Henry County Invitational.
The contest was the first for the Eagles since they went 1-2 on a holiday trip to Florida.
