SHEPHERDSVILLE -- The promise of adding restroom facilities for the outdoor sports at North Bullitt High may be broken.
And the prospects of being able to resurface the three tracks in the county could be a dead deal also.
For the past three years, members of the Bullitt County Public School Board have been going in circles trying to find a way to resurface the track facilities.
Each time, they face hurdles -- mainly budgetary in nature.
During its March work session, Scott Kremer brought the board the latest bid proposals.
