  • Benjamin, 15, wins at Salem

     SALEM, Ind. - It's been a big year for the number 15 in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards.

    Fifteen-year-old Kyle Benjamin won his second race of the season Saturday, winning the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA Fall Classic presented by Federated Car Care at the Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery. Benjamin, fittingly, was driving the No. 15, which has now visited victory lane six times on the season for Venturini Motorsports.

  • Former Eagle Scout hopes to soar at ARCA debut

     Christopher Brown, will be making his professional auto racing debut in the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA), presented by Menards on Friday, September 20.

    Christopher will be driving the #29 Correct Temp Dodge in The ZLOOP 150 at Kentucky Speedway to be televised on the new Fox Sports 1 channel.

    Christopher is a 2011 graduate of Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, KY, and is currently a Junior at University of North Carolina-Charlotte pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Edwards looks for 'BEAR' of a race in ARCA debut

     Shepherdsville resident Trevor Edwards will be making his professional auto racing debut in the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA), presented by Menards on Saturday, September 14 at Salem Speedway.

    After competing in eight different series at 50 race tracks in nine states, 20 year old Edwards is taking the next step in his successful racing career.

    Trevor will be driving the #29 Correct Temp Dodge in the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA Fall Classic presented by Federated Car Care.

     SALEM, Ind. – The ultimate challenge of 200 laps on the demanding Salem high banks faces ARCA Racing Series veterans and rookies in the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA Fall Classic presented by Federated Car Care on Saturday night.

    Entries and story lines are loading up for the 94th running of the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards tour at Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery, the final ARCA short-track race of the season.

  • Spring Speed Fest Saturday at Salem Speedway

     SALEM, IN – One exciting night of racing and family entertainment is set to take place on Saturday evening at Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery.

    The Casey’s General Store Spring Speed Fest presented by Salem True Value Hardware features racing on both the half-mile high banks and the quarter-mile infield oval.  The night of racing action will be topped off with a gigantic post-race fireworks show presented in part by Washington County lodging.

  • Friday Night on the Square preludes Spring Speed Fest at Salem

     SALEM, IN - The buildup to the Casey’s General Store Spring Speed Fest presented by Salem True Value Hardware kicks-off in downtown Salem on Friday night, May 17th with the annual spring edition of “Friday Night On The Square”.

    The popular Friday evening event, which draws thousands of visitors to the historic town square and offers fun and festivities for all ages, will serve as a prelude to the next night race at Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery.
