      VALLEY STATION – Bullitt East’s strong play over the final two months of the regular season was nowhere to be seen on Friday in the semi-finals of the Class Act Girls’ Sixth Region Tournament at Valley High School.

     For the Bullitt East Chargers, the third time turned out to be a nightmare on Thursday in the semi-finals of the Class Act Federal Credit Union Boys’ Sixth Region Tournament at Valley High School.

 HEBRON ESTATES – They crashed the boards. They ran their offensive sets to perfection. And they played tenacious defense.

 FERN CREEK – The Bullitt East Lady Chargers did a lot of good things on Thursday in the championship game of the Girls’ 24th District Tournament as they battled against Mercy, the state’s fifth-ranked team.
