         Sure, everyone knows that at some point down the road that the green and gold, along with all the other schools in the Sixth Region, will at some point have to clear the huge hurdle that is the Mercy Jaguars, one of the state's top volleyball program which won the state title two seasons ago.

         That is what the Bullitt Central boys' soccer team is going to try to do this season after failing to win a single game last season and scoring just three goals. Half of the ten matches were called early after the Cougars fell behind by ten goals.

         Following a pair of disappointing seasons that saw the team lose the last three games in each campaign as well as a first-round play-off game in 2011, the red and gold are looking to make some big steps forward this fall.
