  • Dragons next for Eagles

HEBRON ESTATES - The people in charge of the North Bullitt concession stand might want to put a few extra burgers on the grill Friday night as it might be a very long evening for fans.

Two of the most pass-happy teams in the Jefferson County area will collide at North Bullitt on Friday as South Oldham invades. Both teams threw the ball over 60 percent of the time in losses last week.

After both teams were shut-out last week, the coaches might try just about anything.

HEBRON ESTATES - A year ago, North Bullitt volleyball coach Jeanette Pryor was the new kid on the block.

The first-year head coach was thrust into a late opening at North Bullitt. She took over a veteran program with a lot of seniors. The new coach learned as much from them as they learned from her.

Now, the roles are very much reversed. Pryor has experience on her side, but her team is young and inexperienced. Pryor is really doing all the teaching this summer.

Not so fast the veteran head coach said on Monday of this week.
