-A A +A

HILLVIEW  -- Political signs are now legal in the city of Hillview.

After a few questions were raised over a new ordinance regulating all signs, some clarification was given.

Under the ordinance on signage approved recently, political signs can go up on April 15 and must be taken down by May 31.

For the general election, signs can be put up on Oct. 1 and must be taken down by Nov. 15.

During these periods, any temporary sign may be erected without a fee.
