SHEPHERDSVILLE — At their age, it was time to celebrate in a formal manner.

The Bullitt County Woman’s Club has celebrated its 100th anniversary all year, culminating in a formal Centennial Tea celebration at the Bullitt County Public Library Central Branch.

Patrons celebrated with three types of tea while munching on finger food and hors devours

provided by Dave Bustetter’s Culinary Arts class from Bullitt East High School.

Both former and current club members attended for the camaraderie and to celebrate the club’s long, rich history, including many former club presidents.

The Bullitt County Woman’s Club meets on the second Monday of each month, with an executive meeting at 6 pm, followed by social time at 6:30 and the meeting beginning at 7.
