Cedar Grove Residents and Neighbors – Please be aware there is a rezoning request for Cedar Grove across from Mooney Lane, from Agriculture to Light Industrial.
The zoning meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 11, at 6 p.m. at the Bullitt County Courthouse, 300 South Buckman Street in Shepherdsville.
My family moved her over 30 years ago. It was like living in the country not far from Louisville. This great community has turned into a concrete jungle, with major traffic issues, resulting in countless accidents. U-turns are abundant as people don’t want to go to the light at Love’s.
Now another gas station is being built on the other side of the road.
We have a great golf course in Heritage Hill but guess what everyone sees? A warehouse jungle.
There is an entrance onto Valley View and across the road is an entrance to the business park. Um! I thought there was to be no semi traffic past Cedar Grove Elementary. Trucks and cars routinely pull into the turning lane to Valley View.
My grandkids were so upset to see all the trees cut down to make room for more traffic.
Please, if you oppose this rezoning, come to the meeting and let your voices be heard.
